Welcome to the JOHN TYLER HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1972 website. Here we have the ability to reconnect and stay in touch with each other. Who would've thought this would all be possible back in 1972?

We learned to type on manual Underwood typewriters and there were no such things as personal computers or the Internet. Through the wonders of technology, we can go back to our years at JT and revisit old friends. We'll be uploading pictures from past reunions and invite you to upload old pics you may have in your collections from elementary years all the way through college. Music that the fantastic Marching Lions played for us at pep rallies and football games has been uploaded for your listening pleasure. Simply click on "Listen to the music" when the box pops up as you open the website. You'll hear "Hang on Sloopy," "Stars Fell on Alabama," and of course, "Big Bad John."

Hope you enjoy this website. Be sure to complete your class profile and share where you are now and what you've been doing since we graduated from dear old John Tyler High. The information you share is secure, and you have the ability to choose with whom you wish to share your contact information.

Have fun!

EMBRACE THE MOMENT!!!

This site isn't about waistlines, hairlines or credit lines. It's about lifelines. It's about reconnecting and caring for our classmates, friends and their families. Nothing more. Nothing less.

If you struggled with the idea of attending our 45-year reunion and did not attend, you really, really missed a great time. And, we MISSED you! Just remember this--If we waited until we were rich enough, thin enough, or successful enough, we would probably never see each other again! So keep an eye out--we'll be getting together again before you know it.

Missing Classmates: If you see a classmate on our list who hasn't yet joined our class website, and you have their email address, PLEASE click on the "Missing Classmates" button on the left and enter their email address in the box. An invitation and a link to join our website will be emailed to them immediately. We want ALL our classmates to join the website. Attendance at the reunion is not required to join our website, but we would love to see everyone that can possibly make it.
